Blue Ocean Property Developments is dedicated to transforming greenfield land opportunities into successful residential communities that have heart, soul and amenity.

  • 2014

    The Fenglin Jiayuan project, with a total area of 30,000 m2, was composed of 1 complex building, with three 8-storey elevated apartments and an additional three family villas, with an area of 36,117 m2.In terms of its unique environment and resources, Xishuangbanna is second to none, although it is followed by Sanya.

  • 2010

    The project was located in the Fujia village, to the north of Kuiyu Road, Zhifu District, Yantai city. The total land area for the project was 168,000 m2, with a total construction area of 450,000 m2. The property style of the project was mainly north-south oriented, with a fresh and soothing airflow from south to north throughout the properties, further enhanced by the expansive and spacious opening hall.

  • 2008

    The project was located at the junction of Ying Xiang Road, Southeast banner of Hongqi Road, with a total land area is 66,000 m2 and a total construction area of 110,000 m2. The building coverage ratio was 13.44%, meanwhile the floor area ratio was only 1.26, and the afforestation rate reached up to 40%.
